Use DesignDawn lawfully and respectfully. Do not share account credentials or redistribute paid content.

• No automated scraping or rate-limited abuse.
• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Respect intellectual property and access limits.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are handled by trusted processors. Refunds are available within 14 days if the course does not meet expectations.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you need assistance with a refund, you can submit a refund request. You will receive an email confirmation with your case ID.

License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials.

You may access the content on multiple personal devices, but you may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course files, source materials, or gated assets.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignDawn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DesignDawn in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
